Hi

Linenoise is included in Task::Star. 
https://github.com/tadzik/Task-Star/commit/8ff101ae15

So it's strange I had to install it after I installed rakudo, panda, and 
Task::Star.

I guess things aren't really streamlined to perfection yet.
