it says in the speculations that all uppercase block typenames are
reserved for this case. Thus, EXAMPLE and EXAMPLES are already reserved.
All that's left is for pod converters like Pod::To::HTML or search tools
or something to properly represent their contents.
Apart from that, it'd probably be a good idea to add EXAMPLE as an
example in that list in the speculations. Fortunately, the list is
introduced "standard semantic blocks include:", which implies the list
isn't exhaustive.
