The only graphical Perl IDE that i used was e-p-i-c. I reported a few bugs in it, too, most of which were fixed.
It did some things well, but was very buggy in others. Its debugger worked particularly well, but only when it actually worked - often it would break. Unfortunately, the very important "watch" feature in the debugger didn't work at all. Eventually i learned to use 'perl -d' pretty well. The last time i tried e-p-i-c was over a year and a half ago. Quite possibly it became better since then, so i really should try it again. Other Perl IDE's i read about were either non-free or too weak. -- Amir E.
