I have tried it with ActivePerl 5.10.0 Build 1003 (on WinXP), but did
not have success yet.

The main thing here, on MsWin32: You should be able to do the "dmake".
That mean - you should configure it with ActivePerl (I'm not very
familiar with this - I try to do this those days.).

Another possibility (which I didn't try) is to have Strawberry
installed. As far as I learned - it can live together with ActivePerl.
