If you are going to release modules under the MIT X11 license,
you really ought to include the license in the distribution,
given that the only restrictive condition of the license is
"The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be
included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software."

If you wish to allow binary distributions (including rpms, debian
packages, etc.) the license text should be included in the .pm file.
