Try installing the perl-devel package using urpmi. If that doesn't help
run "locate EXTERN.h" and set a symbolic link approriately.
I'm running Mandriva too and was able to "make test" Class-XSAccessor by
urpmi'ing perl-AutoXS-Header first.
