Hi all, thanks to everyone who came to the Tel Aviv Perl Mongers meetup two days ago, and special thanks to Ynon Perek for giving the talk about Catalyst. If anyone would like to share some links and insights from the meeting, that would be nice. I hope you had a good time at the café (I didn't stay).
Anyway, now for the next meeting, which I'd like to schedule for Wednesday, 26 February 2014 (last Wednesday of February). According to http://www.hebcal.com/hebcal/?year=2014&month=x&yt=G&v=1&nh=on&nx=on&mf=on&ss=on&i=on&lg=s&vis=on&d=on&c=off&geo=zip&zip=&m=50&.cgifields=nx&.cgifields=nh&.cgifields=mf&.cgifields=ss&.s=Create+Calendar , the coast is wide clear to schedule a meeting then. So who volunteers to give a talk? Ori wanted to give a talk about preparing electronic books using Perl. Ori, can you give it then? Moreover, I recall Issac having some other talk suggestions beside the one he gave on Gearman (which we enjoyed). And I still would like to hear Ynon’s full talk about Object Oriented Programming (OOP) design patterns in Perl using Moose (but maybe we should schedule a different lecturer now). Is there anyone else who would like to give a talk?
