我在虚拟机里（win2003）也安了最新的 OTRS helpdesk + itsm opm， 通过 web 管理界面安装 itsm opm 包花了蛮长时间，但是安装完后一切正常，是不是你的 itsm 没安装完成？安装完成它有提示的。
