The rich format in doc or pdf would be very helpful to the resume screeners.
Obviously you don't do sesume screening very often. When you face hundreds
of resumes, you know what I mean.

一般做技术都不太喜欢doc文档，就像我的求职简历，就用的htm，我讨厌doc，能用htm的地方绝对不用doc，特别是在vcs里面用doc，因为二进制文件，所以vcs基本没用了，而且占用空间会很大。而且很多人很恶心，明明就一段纯文本几行字而已，直接qq或者msn发给我就行了，偏偏用个doc文档发过来，你用txt会死啊。
