Hi Sisyphus: Anything we could add to the PDL::NetCDF Makefile.PL to
allow this to work for windows? I don't have a windows machine to test
it, but it would be best to get this working out of the box.

section of the generated makefile (which was being left blank) by hand. I
can then build PDL-NetCDF-0.91 against PDL-2.4.3.
