Hi
I am running Mac OS x 10.4.8 on a MacBook Pro.
I am trying to install a BioPerl module TFBS and PDL is
unconditionally required by TFBS.
I have tried the fink site as well as some "googling" without much
success.
I am wondering whether there are any other souls who has installed it
successfully for Mac OS X.
Of course, I can boot my MacBook Pro in the PC mode and install
everything under windows or cygwin. However, I would like to stay in
the Mac OS X environment.
Any help is appreciated.
