It looks like you are missing some prerequisites.
For example, the PGPLOT library. Have you installed it and it's C
binding (http://astro.caltech.edu/~tjp/pgplot/
<http://astro.caltech.edu/%7Etjp/pgplot/>)? The PGPLOT perl module only
lets you call the PGPLOT functions from Perl. It does not provide the
functions themselves.
