Hmm... as far as I know, I have the latest version of pgplot, 5.2. I downloaded it fresh from the caltech site (http://www.astro.caltech.edu/~tjp/pgplot/). pgarro also seems to be the first routine on the list, so I think that just means that it's not loading at all.
In response to Derek's comments - I'll try checking all those things. However, I created a new problem for myself in my attempts to fix the problem; I tried to reinstall pgplot, and now it fails completely - the demos don't even work. I'll post again when I've figured out what I did wrong. Adam On 2/22/07, Karl Glazebrook <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Do you have an older version of libpgplot without pgarro() routine? Since it is called in PGPLOT.xs any attempt to link with it will fail On 22/02/2007, at 4:00 PM, Adam Ginsburg wrote: > Can't load 'blib/arch/auto/PGPLOT/PGPLOT.so' for module PGPLOT: > blib/arch/auto/PGPLOT/PGPLOT.so: undefined symbol: pgarro_ at > /usr/lib/perl/5.8/DynaLoader.pm line 225, <STDIN> line 1. > at test1.p line 3 > Compilation failed in require at test1.p line 3, <STDIN> line 1.
