I'm not sure what you mean, since ALL graphics go through the PDL::Graphics modules, but of you are using the direct PGPLOT routines you are looking for "hold" and "release". The former causes overplotting; the latter causes PGPLOT to go back to the fresh-page- each-time paradigm.
