I've just started making an attempt to get OpenGL-0.56 to build on Windows.
Haven't got very far - bug report is at 
http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=37576 .

Would be nice if things could be improved on the Win32 front for 0.57.

In the meantime, I'll keep hacking at it.
