Could you please send the information requested in the
BUGS file of the PDL distribution for help with your
problem.

To get more diagnostics, you can run the tests by
hand from the PDL build directory:

   perl -Mblib t/flexraw.t

This can give more specific messages that may help
to resolve the build issues.

For the t/dumper.t tests, just install uudecode and uuencode
via your linux package manager and you should be good there.

The t/plplot.t failure appears to be a false failure
resulting from testing from equality with floating
point numbers.  You can safely ignore it as you determined.
