Hi Derek, PDL folks: Thanks for the patches! At a quick glance, these look useful. Unfortunately, I don't have time for a while to look at integrating these. If some enterprising soul would like to commit them to the PDL git repository, I would be grateful! A few test cases would be nice as well!
