Hi Alan: I've just checked in a bunch of changes to the perl/PDL test suite for
plplot. Now all perl/PDL examples match the C examples when you use
PDL-Graphics-PLplot-0.55, which I just uploaded to CPAN.
For some reason, your message shows no line-breaks in it.
Actually, it wraps ok in the viewing but when I
reply to the message, I get a 1-line mess that cannot
be read. Is there a setting I'm missing? This never
used to happen and now it seems to be happening
more often.

Hi Doug:
Thanks for the PDL::Graphics::PLplot update! I'm looking
forward to trying it out as I work to get PLplot support
going for cygwin+PDL (plplot already builds stand-alone).
The docs at search.cpan.org look good too. I did notice
cross-refs to other PDL graphics options. The cross-
refs failed because the names were missing 'Graphics',
i.e., PDL::Graphics::PGPLOT and PDL::Graphics::TriD .
Did you have any trouble with the cpan indexing
and the cpan shell this time?
I just tried the cpan shell search and the
search for PDL::Graphics::PLplot gets nothing
while the explicit 'get DHUNT/PDL-Graphics-PLplot-0.55.tar.gz'
does work. Not that that does much good if you cannot even
determine that the file exists....
This won't be resolved until we can get the indexing
issue resolved/diagnosed from someone who knows.
I'll see if I can find out who the contact would be.

Good work and thanks again!
