Builds fine for me. (I hid my existing PDL::Graphics::PLplot prior to
building, just to be sure.)
As regards the tester's results, I can't help but wonder if the blib even
got built.
Apart from the fact that 'make test' was attempted (which is normally a sign
that 'make' must have succeeded), I didn't see any evidence that 'make' was
run ... and if the blib wasn't built, then PDL::Graphics::PLplot certainly
isn't going to load when the tests are run.
