As others have pointed out:
 * "help vars" in the perldl or pdl2 shell
 * "?" is an abbreviation for "help"
 * "??" is an abbreviation for "apropos"

Also note that lexical pdls which can be used in
the pdl2 shell are not yet supported by the online
help vars feature (package pdls only).
