No problems for me on Win32:
I have the following relevant env_vars settings:
DISPLAY is set to 1
PGPLOT_DEV is set to /PNG
PGPLOT_FONT is set to C:\_32\pgplot\bin\grfont.dat (ie the fully qualified
path to the fonts file)
and PDL_INT is unset.
Does that solve anything for you ?
If not, precisely where does the hang occur ? Does it happen only under
Test::Harness (or does it also occur with 'perl -Mblib t/pgplot.t') ?
