I would guess it's because the Tk driver was removed from the TriD software in the recent releases, after some software changes. It has been promised to be restored in the future. In the meantime, see http://www.perlmonks.org?node_id=960864 for a way to use Tk with TriD, but it works on Linux only. 0m, zentara Thanks for useful info. K.E.
