hi, I have installed the perl-5.8.0 on my linux redhat system. I unzipped the files and i have tried to execute the Command "$sh Configure -de" But i got many errors and the perl is not installed properly. Can you please elaborate on the error i got. Iam attaching the entire output of the command as a document. Please go thru it and kindly give me the reason for the error occured as from the line 254 of the attached file. Reply me ASAP.
