No, I'd say get rid of it. It's on the CPAN, too, if someone really wants
it.

They are still left from the very beginning of this project.
I'd say remove them, too.

Renaming to Test-Unit is definitively the way to go. Test-Unit-0.1 is
only there (with a version number, I mean) because of historical reasons.
