Wah masa seh? Apa sudah di-cek? Kayanya hal ini ngak mungkin terjadi deh.
Yg mungkin (dan memang sedang dibicarakan) adalah memberikan fee kepada
line telp yg memakai internet. Karena tidak dipakai utk long-distance
call dan pemakaianya lebih lama daripada pemakaian telp. utk 'voice'.
Ntah di charge nya ke ISP atau ke user, saya juga agak kurang jelas.
