Ramadan, Eidain and Hajj 1419 Dates According to official Saudi Taqweem
1419 Ramadan starts in Saudi Arabia on Sat. Dec. 19, 1998, Eid al-Fitr is
on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 1999, Hajj on Friday, March 29 and Eid-Adha next day,
on Saturday. The assumption is that a crescent moon may be seen the
previous evening on Dec.18, 1998, Jan. 17, and March 17, 1999. The fact is
that a crescent moon CANNOT be SEEN on these dates for obvious reasons.

Obviously, a crescent moon CANNOT be SEEN on any of these dates in Saudi
Arabia. How can you see a moon before it's birth and when the moon had
already set before the sunset?
