Re: Delay in cargo delivery


It is with regret to inform shippers that last month some delay in the
clearance and delivery of the goods has occurred which was mainly due to the
misunderstanding between Vita Bahari, Inc. and the steamship company
concerned.

It took us quite some time to have this resolved and we are confident that by
next week all shipments can be cleared.

Also Vita Bahari needed time to solve the financial aspect which we have had
with our agents, PT. Bilba Abadi Sejahtera.

Finally both Vita Bahari, Inc and PT. Bilba Abadi Sejahtera have come into
terms to solve the said matter.

Needless to say that Vita Bahari, Inc. will be fully responsible for this
delay and we hope that all of you who have suffered for this delay will
accept our sincere apologies.

Kindly note that during the 17 years that Vita Bahari has been in operation
this is the first time that the above problems have occurred.

We duly hope that you still have confidence in our service and please be
assured that Vita Bahari will do their utmost to provide the service all of
you expect.
