Hello David,

Setahu saya, apabila anda renewing your visa, you dont have to make an
appointment.  Come at 1PM, be on the line and just make sure that your
have your old visa at the same passport (or make sure you attach your old
passport that has the previously-issued US Visa) when you submit the
application at the locket (don't forget your photo as well!).  I'm not
really sure if you have to make an appointment for H1-B renewal
applicants.

I would appreciate if you can share some info regarding your experince,
though, since this would be my first "H1-B" visa applicant testimonial
case.. :-)
