Re: Gempa di Jakarta

Hi,   When the tremor happened, I was in my office on 16th floor in Mega Kuningan Jakarta just before 6pm yesterday. It started as a small one but became a surprising quake, all for about 15-20 seconds. All window shields were rattling and I heard a disturbing noise on a pillar just behind my seat which I later realized that it cracked a bit. After that, you know what happened, run !!!!.   Most buildings in Jakarta or other cities are not well equipped to face tremors at large scale of Richter nor long-enduring quakes (more than a minute). Yesterday’s was a greater one than the previous ones.   At the end, Alhamdulilah that everyone was OK.
