Sean, I'm a little puzzled. Do I read the end of section 2 correctly as indicating that in the shady world we now inhabit, FALSE may mean TRUE?
That said, since the announcement arrived on Wednesday
in my time zone, I do take this RFC very seriously.
Perpass should discuss it carefully.
