Perp Swap Mailing List Part-1
There are four boxes in the swap, one each for the eastern, central and western US and one for all the overseas tyers. Respectively, the boxes are Red, White, Blue and Green. There will be a strip of tape of the appropriate color on each box. Boxes will first circulate within their respective groups and then to the next group in the following order: Blue to White, White to Red, Red to Green and Green to Blue.
