If it doesn't add an unnecessary complication and too much trouble, it might be a good practice for each person to email the person they are sending the flies to just to confirm the address and give a heads-up for arrival. It might even be done on the list so everyone knows the status/location of the boxes. Just a thought.

Subject: [PERPS] All the Address Mailings
Date: Sun, 26 Jan 2003 05:57:17 -0800 (PST)
Morning Perps-
Just want to say I hope no one is getting too annoyed with all the posts and re-posts and re-re-posts about the mailing lists. The problems are entirely mine. Just want to be sure the lists are up for viewing long enough to checked over by everyone involved. I am going to re-send all four of the lists one more time this morning and then will be gone most of the the day. I'll check the emails early tomorrow morning and if there are no more screw ups on my part, the boxes will go out with the lists as they stand. If any final corrections need to be made I'll do them before the boxes go out.
Main thing is that the first address on the list and maybe the next one or two also, be totally correct. If corrections need to be made while the boxes are circulating, that can still be done. Thanks once again for bearing with me, I appreciate it.
-John
