Lastly, John has had some severe problems to deal with over the last few months, so let's not be too rough on him.
Not being rough, just wondering where he is. I always enjoyed his posts. Plus he set this whole thing up and isn't enjoying the fruits of his labor. Hope everything is working out for him.
