Hi all,
I finally got my site to a state of semi-completion:
http://depts.washington.edu/yekruz/

but warning: don't visit if you're allergic to "heh+yeh" as one glyph or
the most non-standard Nazanin font! (Newcomers, that is a joke, please see
the archives.)

I'm compiling a bunch of screenshots to justifiy my sign that says "my
site can only be viewed on Windows with IE 5+" for my FAQ. Therefore,
would some of you who have something other than Windows IE 5+ be kind
enough to send me a screenshot of this page:
http://depts.washington.edu/yekruz/y1.htm (that's Part 1 of the text)
And please install the Nazanin font first if you haven't already so we can
eliminate THAT problem.

I especially need Mac screenshots. There are a lot of people with Macs
but none seem to know how to get pages like mine set to view unicode and
right-to-left languages although I've heard it's possible.

And even if you only have IE 5+, I'm also interested in a shot from anyone
who's got whatever patch that is which "corrects" the yeh problem. I
only encounter this on certain Iranian sites but if you've got it, my
yeh's should be all awry which they won't be if you've just got the
default settings and no patches.

All other comments, suggestions, and criticisms are also welcome. This is
one forum where one can get commentary both on the technical aspects as
well as the content!

Thanks,
-Connie
