It's not on the current keyboard standard AFAIK.  But we are 
going to revise the standard in a few months.  So I believe that 
Roozbeh has some idea of where it should be.  Please wait for 
him.  Also there are already a few ways of remapping the keyboard 
in all platforms.  For example, search for Tavultesoft Keyman, 
also the Mehrsoft TrayLayout at 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7773
