Hi, Could anyone tell if there is a Persian word processing application working on Macintosh platform, Mac OSX or Mac OS Classic (9)? Alternatively, if there is one running under X11 or any TeX persian ported to Mac OS or X11. Thanks in advance! Darius
If you have Persian system resources installed, you can use NisusWriter under OS 9 or Classic. You can also use various text editors, mostly very simple ones. Persian and other scripts come with the OS (optional installs).
Support for Arabic-derived scripts in OS X is patchy. It will primarily work only under cocoa applications, such as Text Edit.
