hopes that anyone reads this.
I have a application http://www.visualcron.com that I want to have in Farsi. A kind user has translated it to me using a web administration script connected to mysql. All the Farsi words are now in the mysql. Now, I have created a program which selects the words and write them down to a XML-file. The problem is that these words won't display correctly in my application. Right now I am using codepage UTF-8 in the XML-file. How can I get them right in my application: Here is how it looks in my XML-file:

ÃÃÃیÃ : ÃÃ ÃÃÃ ÂÃÃ
CP1256
???یE : I? ?C? ?C?
Any ideas?
