Unfortunately I was not able to find a patch for newer Apache (http://www.telana.com/peruser.php contains for Apache 2.0.52)
As Apache 2.0.52 contains several security probles, there is need for a patch for Apache 2.0.54. As I tested to patch Apache 2.0.54 it first worked fine, but unfortunately all system-command (for example exec) will cause query to fail ([notice] child pid 1568 exit signal Segmentation fault (11))
