I'm running it on a dual opteron box with Fedora... but peruser is 100% alpha, and I wouldn't use the words "stable" or "safe" to describe it at this point. It does seem to work fine for some people, but not at all for others. If you decide to try it out, make sure you test the hell out of it before putting live sites on it. I'm working on a fairly significant rewrite (or at least reorganization) of the code, which I hope will be a step toward beta quality at least.
