Did I understand right that the summ of ACTIVE_WORKERs and
ACTIVE_PROCESSORs from one user can't be more then MaxProcessors?

And one more question, ACTIVE_WORKER, what is it? And why is it single
from one user, can it be more then 1 from the user?

What is the difference between ACTIVE_PROCESSOR and ACTIVE_WORKER?

Can I somehow understand how many multiplexers is needed?
And if there is any limit for them, I mean taking into account that 1
multiplexer can't process the connection ( or manage current processes)
if the number of WORKER/PROCESSOR is more then N?
