I was working on the trac setup on the system and noticed the htpasswd
file for the Peruser Trac was owned by root and unreadable, preventing
logins. I think I must have done this after discovering how many spam
registrations there were, and then forgot about it.
Anyway that's fixed now, and I deleted all the spam users from Trac (I
hope I didn't accidentally delete any real users) and I installed a
captcha module for the registration page.
So Trac and SVN should be working properly again, and hopefully that
captcha will prevent any future spam problems...
