Hi guys, the problem is mainly Trac, it's not very speedy in general. I'm running the Passenger application server which should help, but maybe it's not working quite right. I'll check it out. Passenger loads and caches on demand, and unloads after a period of inactivity, so that first request might take a few extra seconds but after that it's *supposed* to be quite a bit faster.
