This one is in fact in a different family - Cryptophagidae (the Silken Fungus Beetles). I think it is one of the *Cryptophagus *species, some of which look rather like *Stegobium*, but the antennal structure (and the thorax shape) is different. They are not so much of a problem in herbaria as *Stegobium*, and usually require rather damper conditions. I would check the area where you found it for any signs of damp. Tony
