Greetings, Once the building issue is resolved, the problem will mostly disappear as woodlice need a humid microclimate and rotting wood. Diatomaceous earth, spread along baseboards and around cracks in the envelope, will help cut down their numbers over time. Perhaps if you have arachnid enthusiasts in the area, you can ask them to find and transplant woodlouse spiders into your basement. You will have another problem entirely, but the predator population will recede over time once they run out of food sources. I did find a website that actually sells live woodlouse spiders (and other arthropods), but they were out of stock.
