Hi Cindi, I’m not a collections manager, but rather an Environmental Scientist for the Urban IPM Program at the CA Dept of Pesticide Regulation.
This is my realm, so I thought I’d chime in. ☺ UC Davis has an excellent sample campus landscape IPM plan that might help guide your parks manager in formulating their own: https://sustainability.ucdavis.edu/local_resources/docs/UC_Davis_IPM_Plan_2014.pdf If your parks manager hasn’t gotten to know your local Cooperative Extension folks, tell them to give them a holler and ask them for advice! They know your local conditions and laws pertaining to landscape practices and pesticides better than anyone. They might even know of an existing plan for other local parks they can share.
