Here is a prime example of why it is important to have a no food or beverage
water only clause in a museum construction project contract. These two cans
were uncovered this week. They have been lurking in the museum walls since
1984. Food and beverage trash built into a project could possibly become a hard
to detect food source for museum pests. They could have simply signed a 2x4.
