Yes, mops could be a problem if they are stored in a bucket rather than hung to 
dry. Also don’t overlook sink and floor drains.

If there is a janitors closet nearby check that out too.  I think I remember an 
issue we had with them once that we felt was possibly connected to a mop bucket 
that was sitting damp/wet for a long time.
