Hi Alex,
Thanks so much! So sorry for the delay in responding. Those bugs look great.
What do you think would be the easiest way to capture them? Put them in vials
with a little ethanol and then ship them to me ground (I can give you an
account to ship with)? Or do you have another suggestion? I can also ask for
some help from my contacts here on some ideas.
Do you have a lot of them? I’m wondering how many you might be able to collect.
Thank you! I’m out of the office for the holiday and will be back Tuesday next
week so no rush on getting back to me.
Have a good holiday weekend,
Nezka

Hi Nezka
I've attached some bics of the bugs to our grape vine.
Best wishes
Alex

Hello all,
I’m working on an exhibition about native American wine roots and the impact of
phylloxera on the development of grafting Euro vines onto American rootstock.
I’m actually looking for phylloxera specimens, but am not having any luck
finding them for purchase. Would anyone have any suggestions? I’ve got an email
in to BioQuip but they haven’t responded and they don’t have it listed in their
online catalogue. If you have other forums you think I could post this request,
please let me know.
Many thanks for your help, and for your patience.
Cordially,
Nezka
