Hi, I would say, that all different kind of silverfish, like Thermobia domestica, Lepisma saccarina and Ctenolepisma longicaudata could damage paper like architectural plans. Many times, we found fishes inside a glass picture (between glass and the picture), so it´s also possible to found them inside poly bags. Have you found some fishes for determination?
