Thanks Joseph,

I had no idea booklice would feed on feathers or skin (fooled by the
name!).  I will try to be more vigilant for them.  Unfortunately we are in
a humid environment, with no humidity controls in our collection room.
Interesting that the info sheet from MuseumPests says this species is not
killed by freezing below -18C.  Does anyone know if there is a low
temperature below which they succumb, or should I heat treat?
